Pablo Hernandez

The Spanish midfielder had another stellar season in LS11, despite Leeds falling agonisingly short of promotion to the Premier League. With twelve goals and twelve assists in 39 games, Hernandez was voted into the PFA Team of the Year by fellow Championship professionals and also won both the team’s Player of the Season and Players’ Player of the Season awards for the second consecutive season. Often described as the most creative player in the Championship, Leeds boss Marcelo Bielsa describes Hernandez as “a complete player from every point of view”. Fans will be hoping this is finally the year he leads the club into the promised land.
