It’s fair to say that Lois Forsell likes a challenge. At the age of 17 she was called up to play for England in New Zealand and was required to sign for a top-tier team as a result. Despite Featherstone Rovers’ team dominating the women’s game she chose the Bradford Bulls. A decision that may have upset her dad (a huge Rhinos fan) but one which finally paid off this year when her all-conquering side won a historic treble of domestic trophies and went all season unbeaten. Now she’s preparing for the Women’s Rugby League World Cup in Australia, with the hugely exciting prospect of a final played as a double-header with the final of the men’s tournament.
