Jack Laugher MBE

The City of Leeds diver had another phenomenally successful year in 2018, with medals in all three of the season’s major competitions. He made it a hat-trick of golds for Team England at the 2018 Commonwealth Games in Australia and then followed this up with silver and bronze in the 3m Synchro and 3m Springboard events at the FINA Diving World Cup in Wuhan, China. Jack’s season concluded with more medals at the Glasgow 2018 European Championships, landing gold in both the 1m and 3m Springboard events and silver in the 3m Synchro with partner Chris Mears. The Harrogate-born athlete now turns his attention to the 2019 World Championships in Korea, hoping to cement his place as Britain’s most successful diver of all time.
